Pumpwell is a tracking tool

Pumpwell does not provide medical or lactation advice. Milk storage times shown come from public health guidance for your country and may change — check the source and follow advice from your healthcare provider.

Pumpwell Pro

Monthly: new customers get a 7-day free trial; after the trial the monthly price shown in the app is charged and the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. We remind you 2 days before the trial ends. Whole journey: a one-time payment, no renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your data is never deleted when Pro ends.

Refunds

Contact support@buffersoltech.com; refunds follow the law in your country.

Acceptable use

Use Pumpwell for your own personal tracking. Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Liability

Pumpwell is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
